About TOACK

Toack develops and manufactures power supply equipment for electronic equipment installed in rail cars. We are widely used for safety and signaling equipment, brake receiver, train information control device, air conditioning control device, drive control device and so on. We also develop embedded systems such as data loggers that detect abnormal vibration and accumulate body sway data, and we will deliver safety and security to customers over the long term.

Our Technology and Facility

Our Technology

Electronic devices installed in a railway vehicle are exposed to a hot and humid environment in addition to a wide range of temperature and sharp temperature changes, and also subject to vibrations, impacts, surge noises, etc. during the vehicle is moving.
For the delivery of safety and security even under such harsh environment, our company’s power supply units for railway vehicles have been developed and manufactured based on its field data and know-hows accumulated over a number of years.
Besides, our company is able to implement all by itself an evaluation test under such environment and a test in accordance with IEC/JIS.

Our Facility

We have several production lines from one-by-one production lines to automated production lines equipped with SMD packaging machines and are capable of using both conventional lead soldering techniques and lead-free soldering techniques.
Such operations are conducted in accordance with our own quality control standards.
Further, we have a testing and measuring facility where reliability evaluations can be made under a reproduced field environment.

Our Company has been taking every possible measure to secure the accuracy and safety of the personal information.

5.Inquiry by Customer

A customer’s request including to make a reference about, revise or delete his/her own personal information will be dealt with after the identification of such customer.

6.Compliance and Revision of Laws and Regulations as well as Norms

Our Company will comply with Japanese laws and regulations as well as other norms applicable to the personal information that Our Company possesses and seek the improvement in this privacy policy with revising its contents as appropriate.
